You are NOT a good candidate for cosmetic tattooing if:

Undergoing or have undergone - chemotherapy recently

Diabetic (depends on severity of condition ( please consult your doctor)

You used Accutane within 1 year

Those with Epilepsy/ Seizures or Hemophilia 9

On any heart medications

Prone to scarring and Keloid scarring (please contact me)

Have Skin Disease or irritations

Botox or Fillers in the last 2 weeks

Have HIV, Hepatitis or any other viral infection or disease

Sunburnt, Chemical peels in the last 2 weeks
CAN I GET TATTOOED IF I AM PREGNANT OR NURSING?
As a precaution, we do not perform cosmetic tattooing on pregnant or nursing women. You are advised to wait until a few months after you have given birth and finishing breastfeeding to book your appointment.
DOES IT HURT?
No not really. I use a strong anesthesia before and during your appointment to ensure to keep your procedure is as pain-free as possible. Some clients describe feeling minimal pain and discomfort comparable to threading or waxing, while others report feeling barely any pain at all.
IS PMU SAFE?
Yes. All procedures are performed under strict sanitization and sterilization rules and are administered by well-trained, certified technicians using prepackaged, sterilized, disposable parts and needles.

CAN I CHANGE MY LOOK AFTER IF I WANT?
Yes, permanent makeup can be modified and the colour changed at any time to achieve a different effect.

HOW DO I KNOW YOUR EQUIPMENT IS CLEAN AND STERILE?
Absolutely! We are Licensed and Health Approved. At Jenny’s Cosmetic Tattoo and Academy, we pride ourselves on having an immaculate and sterile studio space. Our needles are single-use, our trays, beds, and other instruments are sterilized before and after every procedure.
ARE YOUR PIGMENTS SAFE?
Specially formulated pigments have been created for the face and we use only the top quality permanent makeup pigments. Our pigment selections are of the highest grade and quality that undergo strict testing and regulations.
CAN YOU FIX SOMEBODY ELSE'S WORK?
It depends. We would have to see your old tattoo first, to assess if it is fixable. And before we move forward with any appointments, we will need to see photos of your brows for evaluation. Please email us your photos to:

DO YOU OFFER TOUCH UP SERVICE OVER OMBRE BROW WORK THAT I RECEIVED FROM ANOTHER ARTIST?
No. We offer our touch up service is only for our existing clients. If you have had your brows done elsewhere, we do not go over them until they have completely faded. Once your brows are ready to be re-done, full prices apply.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
No cancellations or changes are allowed within 48 hours of the appointment or your deposit will be forfeited.
